Online Returns

 

We want your shopping experience to be great! Please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with your order (stylist@statementpiecestees.com) We are unable to cancel your order once it's been placed.  Statement Pieces does not issue cash/credit card refunds except for the following reasons:

  • Item ordered is out of stock at the  time of purchase.
  • Statement Pieces finds the item unsaleable due to garment defect
  • Incorrect size or item received.  Due to Statement Pieces error.

    If you have a valid return that falls under the reasons listed above, Items must be UNWORN,UNWASHED, And without DAMAGE, with original tags attached.

  • If any item is delivered to you damaged,  you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item for assistance. (It is buyer/customers, responsibility to check for any damages to your items, upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
  • If you received FREE SHIPPING at the time of your purchase you must pay for return postage with your preferred carrier.  If you paid for shipping at the time of your order we will send you a pre-paid label and you will be refunded your shipping cost. 

  • We do not offer EXCHANGES.

If your item/items become out of stock at the time of your purchase we will credit back your full refund to your card used at the time of purchase.

 RETURNS: If you wish to Return you Items, please notify us within 24-48 hours after delivery.  We will email you a RMA #.  Return your items 7 days after delivery date. Please include the RMA# and a copy of your invoice, indicating reason for your return.  

Please allow 5-10 Business Days after we process you return to receive STORE CREDIT.  If your return is approved we will issue you a e-gift card number.  E-gift cards are valid 1 year after issued. RETURNS must be

  • UNWORN,UNWASHED, And without DAMAGE, Free of smoke or any other scent. Items must have original tags attached.

LOSS PREVENTION

We are not responsible for lost packages, un-deliverable packages, or damages to packages caused by third parties.  We will deliver your order to the address provided by you at the time you place the order, and we are unable to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed. If you refuse the package once it is delivered or mark it return to sender, please be advised these types of returns will be flagged as fraudulent.  The item will not be refunded and we will proceed with loss prevention actions.  Customers with excessive returns or practice of wardrobing will be banned from shopping at Statement Pieces.

    Please use our sizing charts and measurements prior to ordering. Our items are true to size and we offer several sizing charts within the website for our products.  All sizes are made for US standard measurements. All clothing is made in the USA

     Once your payment is processed you are agreeing to these terms.
