Return Policy

All sales are FINAL after 7 days from the date of delivery.

We do not offer Refunds except for the following reasons listed below:

Your Item/Items were never received. (Tracking number must show item was never picked up or delivered) 

You received the Wrong Item/Items. 

The item you ordered is Out of Stock after payment verification. 

*** International Customers, must pay for return postage and will be reimbursed if your return falls under the reasons listed above.****

***THESE ARE THE ONLY ITEMS THAT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE****.

We do not offer EXCHANGES 

ALL OTHER RETURNS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT within 7 days of purchase.  

You must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of your delivery date to inform us of your return. Send us an email with a photo of the defective item/items to stylist@statementpiecestees.com or statementpiecesltd@gmail.com. 

Once we receive your email we will review your claim. We will contact you by email once we have completed our review.   We will email you a claim ticket and return postage.

You must return your items within 3 days after we have reviewed your claim, and sent you a claim ticket.

RETURN POSTAGE: Domestic or International return postage must be paid by the Customer.  If your return does not fall under the exceptions listed in paragraph 1 of this policy, you must pay for postage, and secure packaging if you are unable to use the original mailer. 

 

LOSS PREVENTION

We are not responsible for lost packages, un-deliverable packages, or damages to packages caused by third parties.  We will deliver your order to the address provided by you at the time you place the order, and we are unable to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed. If you refuse the package once it is delivered or mark it return to sender, please be advised these types of returns will be flagged as fraudulent.  The item will not be refunded and we will proceed with loss prevention actions. 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNWORN, UNALTERED, FREE OF ODOR, UNWASHED, NO STAINS, (SMOKE, DEODORANT, FOOD, COSMETICS) ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS/STATEMENT PIECES TAGS/Shoe boxes Attached. 

The following items are not eligible for returns and will be denied:

  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”.
  • Returns received after 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Accessories, Intimates, Undergarments,Leggings, Perfume, Cosmetics, Handbags, Purses and Bodysuits.
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items including items returned with deodorant, cosmetic, smoke, perfume and/or stains. All items must have original Statement Pieces hang-tags attached.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Custom made items (T-shirts, Hats, Wall Art, Mugs, Water Bottles, Aprons, Shower Curtains, Pillow, Throw Blankets) Are not eligible for a refund. If we make a mistake on your custom item, we will refund you for the item and shipping. 
  • Items that are marked RETURN TO SENDER, REFUSED BY CUSTOMER, RETURNS That were not given proper notification to Statement Pieces by email within 24 hours of receiving order.
  • We are unable to cancel/refund your order once it has been placed.  

Statement Pieces reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns, and to update this policy at anytime, without notice.

Please use our sizing charts and measurements prior to ordering. Our items are true to size and we offer several sizing charts within the website for our products.  All sizes are made for US standard measurements.

All Returns will receive Store Credit except for return types listed in Paragraph 1. Once your payment is processed you are agreeing to these terms.
