Return Policy

If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise you must contact Customer Service within 24-48 hours of your delivery date to inform us. Send us an email with a photo of the defective item/items to or 

Once we receive your email we will review your claim. We will contact you by email once we have completed our review.   We will email you a claim ticket and return postage.  Defective/Incorrect/Out Of Stock Item, are the only orders that are eligible for a  Full Refund. All other types of Returns will receive Store Credit.

If there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within  24-48 hours by email at or are only approved for defective items.  We will issue Store Credit for all other items. You must return your items within 3 days after we have reviewed your claim, and sent you a claim ticket.

Shipping costs are non-refundable All regular returns will be credited as online Store Credit only.  Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  We do not offer Exchanges, however if you see the same item in a different size or color available on the website, you may use your credit towards it.  You may also email us to find out if the item is on back-order to get an estimated re-stock date.

We are not responsible for lost packages, un-deliverable packages, or damages to packages caused by third parties.  We will deliver your order to the address provided by you at the time you place the order, and we are unable to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed. 


Shipping costs are not refundable.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

The following items are not eligible for returns and will be denied:

  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”.
  • Returns received after 3 days of the original shipment date.
  • Accessories, intimates, undergarments, basic leggings, perfume, cosmetics, bags and bodysuits.
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items including items returned with deodorant, cosmetic, smoke, perfume and/or stains. All items must have original Statement Pieces hang-tags attached.
  • Shoes without the original box – shoe box must be free of damage, postage, stickers or stamps.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Some returns may be charged a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified by email if your return fits this criteria.
  • Custom made items (T-shirts, Hats, Wall Art, Mugs, Water Bottles, Aprons, Shower Curtains, Pillow, Throw Blankets) Are not eligible for a refund. If we make a mistake on your custom item, we will refund you for the item and shipping. 
  • We are unable to cancel/refund your order once it has been placed.

We will email you once your return is approved, and include your store credit code.  

We will email you a prepaid return label only if your return is due to damages, or defects caused by Statement Pieces.  

We will email you the return address for your returns if you contact us within

 24-48hours after delivery of your item. 

Please use our sizing charts and measurements prior to ordering. Our items are true to size and we offer several sizing charts within the website for our products.  All sizes are made for US standard measurements.
