Payment Verification

Once your order is submitted, your bank will begin processing the payment transfer.  Payment processing time is an estimated 1-3 business days excluding weekends.  Please note if you place your order after midnight, on a Friday, weekend day or a holiday your payment processing time will be extended.  Once the payment is received by our bank, your order will begin to process.  

Handling Times

Please note that different items are subject to different processing and shipping times. Generally, the average processing time is approximately 2-7 business days. However, this is dependent on the item's stock status after payment verification, and if we require additional information from you to complete your order.  Some of our products are custom made to order, which may require additional processing time. 

We will always provide tracking numbers for your orders and update you with any changes from the moment it leaves the warehouse, until it arrives to your doorstep.   

After your order has been processed, every item will undergo strict quality inspection, and be packaged for shipment. You will received an email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by our USPS courier.  Please note orders must be scanned an updated to show estimated delivery times.  Once the item is picked up by USPS it is up to the courier to delivery the item timely. We use priority 2 day shipping on all Standard Shipping Domestic Orders and 10 day priority on all International Orders.  If your order is delayed we will assist you in tracking it with USPS, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. All shipping dates and times are handled by USPS. We can only give you estimates based on USPS schedules.

SHIPPING:

Shipping: All orders are processed in the order they are received.  Once you place your order we are unable to reverse your payment.  Processing times before order ships is an estimated 2-5 business days (Excludes weekends and holidays) 

Estimated Shipping times after order is processed is estimated:

2-10 business days, depending on the region it is being delivered and if the item is custom made to order.

Other factors include, holidays, weekend orders, weather.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order, we are equally anxious to get your items out to you as fast as possible.  We will always keep you updated on the status of your order from the minute it leaves our facility until it is delivered to your door.  

We offer Worldwide Shipping.

 Our Shipping rates are Flat Rate to provide you savings.  We Ship with USPS and DHL.  All packages are sent Priority Mail and include tracking numbers.   

We offer Flat Rate Shipping on all orders.  Delays due to weather, holidays, and regional variations may occur depending on when you placed your order.  Please be patient.  Your order and its arrival is our priority. 

                                Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA, Canada, Australia customers, approximately 2  to 10 days.
  • United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, estimated delivery, is 12 to 28 business days.
  • South America, estimated delivery, is 15 to 30 business days.
  • All other countries, estimated delivery is 20 to 35 business days.

For Standard Rate Shipping, is an estimated  2-10 business days to most  United States/ Domestic destinations.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a email with your tracking number.  Please be advised your order may ship in separate packages, if you have multiple items on your order. The tracking number will usually be on the respective courier website (USPS) 1 to 2 days after we have shipped your package.

Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) can be tracked, while they are logged by the respective shipping company.

This process is outside of Statement Pieces control.  We kindly ask our customers to please be patient.

Please be advised your order may be received in several shipments, and on different dates.  We will provide tracking numbers for all the packages related to your order.  Your order will note estimated shipping times, and dates on your receipt.

We provide USPS tracking and insurance on all orders. If your order is unable to fit in your mailbox, your mail carrier will leave a notice for you to pick it up at your local carrier's office.  If no one is available to receive your package, your mail carrier will leave a  pick-up notice for you to retrieve your package from your local postal office, or courier.   

COURTESY EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICE:

We offer courtesy expedited shipping through USPS.  These items can be shipped to you between 2 business days after the order is processed for an extra fee.  If you would like expedited shipping, please select it at checkout. Prices for this service will populate at checkout.

Please take into account that if your order is placed close to a US holiday or weekend day, shipping and handling times, and delivery may be delayed. 

Please verify the address on your orders. We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, incorrect address provided by you. We will nlt refund your order due to losses incurred by you or a third party.
