Please be advised: We can not cancel an order or issue a refund once the order has been placed. Once Payment Verification and Order Processing begins your order is considered non-refundable.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the address you provided and it is ;Refused by Customer, Stolen, Wrong address provided, Returned to Sender. If your package is stolen or delivered to the wrong address you (The Customer) must contact USPS and file a claim. If you (The Customer) return the item to us without requesting a return form, or refuse to except the package, the item will be considered non-refundable, and a store credit will be issued to the email address provided if the item has been received to us within 30 days of delivery.
Once your order is submitted to Statement Pieces, your bank will begin processing the payment transfer. Payment processing time is an estimated 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please note if you place your order after midnight, on a Friday, weekend day or a holiday your payment processing time will be extended. Once the payment is received by our bank, your order will begin to process.
Please note that every item is subject to different processing and shipping times. Generally, the average processing time is approximately 1-7 business days. However, this is dependent on the item's stock status after payment verification, and if we require additional information from you to complete your order. Some of our products are custom made to order, which may require additional processing time.
We will always provide tracking numbers for your orders and update you with any changes from the moment it leaves the warehouse, until it arrives to your doorstep.
After your order has been processed, every item will undergo strict quality inspection, and be packaged for shipment. You will received an email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by our USPS courier. Please note orders must be scanned an updated to show estimated delivery times. Once the item is picked up by USPS it is up to the USPS delivery the item timely. We use priority 2 day shipping on all Standard Shipping Domestic Orders and 10 day priority on all International Orders. If your order is delayed we will assist you in tracking it with USPS, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. All shipping dates and times are handled by USPS. We can only give you estimates based on USPS schedules.

Shipping: All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once you place your order we are unable to reverse your payment. Processing times before order ships is an estimated 2-5 business days (Excludes weekends and holidays)
Our warehouses are located in Georgia, California, New Jersey, Honduras, India and Belgium. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.
Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) can be tracked, while they are logged by the respective shipping company.
This process is outside of Statement Pieces control. We kindly ask our customers to please be patient when checking the status of orders.
Please be advised your order may be received in several shipments, and on different dates. We will provide tracking numbers for all the packages related to your order. Your order will note estimated shipping times, and dates on your receipt.
We provide USPS tracking and insurance on all orders. If your order is unable to fit in your mailbox, your mail carrier will leave a notice for you to pick it up at your local carrier's office. If no one is available to receive your package, your mail carrier will leave a pick-up notice for you to retrieve your package from your local postal office, or courier.
Please take into account that if your order is placed close to a US holiday or weekend day, shipping and handling times, and delivery may be delayed.
Please verify the address, and items on your orders. We will send you a verification email when we are notified of your purchase. Statement Pieces is not responsible for lost, un-deliverable, incorrect address provided by you. We will not refund your order due to losses incurred by you or a third party. Statement Pieces do not issue refunds for items received after 7 days of delivery. We will not honor items that are marked returned to sender if the item was delivered to the address you (The Customer) provided.
